The appropriations for the support of the National Weather
Service shall be made with those of the other bureaus of the
Department of Commerce, and it shall be the duty of the Secretary
of Commerce to prepare future estimates for the National Weather
Service which shall be specially developed and extended in the
interests of agriculture.
