When so specified in appropriation Acts, the National Weather
Service is authorized to maintain a printing office in the city of
Washington for the printing of weather maps, bulletins, circulars,
forms, and other publications: Provided, That no printing shall be
done by the National Weather Service which could be done at the
Government Printing Office without impairing the service of said
Service.
