AMENDMENTS
1995 - Pub. L. 104-88 designated existing provisions as subsec.
(a) and added subsec. (b).
1994 - Pub. L. 103-322 substituted "fined under this title" for
"fined not more than $10,000".
EFFECTIVE DATE OF 1995 AMENDMENT
