CONTINUATION OF PROGRAMS
Pub. L. 92-318, Sec. 161(b)(1), June 23, 1972, 86 Stat. 303,
provided that: "The programs authorized by title VII of the Higher
Education Act of 1965 [title VII of Pub. L. 89-329, which was
classified to section 1132a et seq. of this title, prior to being
amended generally by Pub. L. 105-244] shall be deemed to be a
continuation of the comparable programs authorized by the Higher
Education Facilities Act of 1963 [this chapter]."
