The heads of executive departments and independent agencies of
the Government are authorized to transfer or loan to said national
air and space museum without charge therefor, aircraft, spacecraft,
aircraft and spacecraft parts, instruments, engines, or other
aeronautical and space flight equipment or records for exhibition,
historical, or educational purposes.
