CODIFICATION
The Vocational Education Act of 1963, Pub. L. 88-210, title I, as
added Pub. L. 90-576, title I, Oct. 16, 1968, 82 Stat. 1064,
formerly classified to this chapter, was completely amended and
reorganized by the Education Amendments of 1976, Pub. L. 94-482,
title II, Sec. 202(a), Oct. 12, 1976, 90 Stat. 2169, and was
classified to section 2301 et seq. of this title. For subsequent
revisions of Pub. L. 88-210 and redesignation as the Carl D.
Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998, see note
set out preceding section 2301 of this title.
