Search 20 U.S.C. § 4517 : US Code - Section 4517: Appropriations for universities

There is hereby appropriated to each recipient University named
above or to the trustee of the fund designated by the President of
the University the sum of $800,000 to carry out the provisions of
section 4516 of this title, to be available on November 1, 1987,
and to remain available until expended.
