SHORT TITLE
Pub. L. 99-570, title IV, Sec. 4101, Oct. 27, 1986, 100 Stat.
3207-125, which provided that subtitle B [Secs. 4101 to 4144] of
title IV of Pub. L. 99-570 was to be cited as the "Drug-Free
Schools and Communities Act of 1986", was repealed by Pub. L. 100-
297, title I, Sec. 1003(e), Apr. 28, 1988, 102 Stat. 293.
WHITE HOUSE CONFERENCE FOR A DRUG FREE AMERICA
Pub. L. 99-570, title I, subtitle S (Sec. 1931 et seq.), Oct. 27,
1986, 100 Stat. 3207-56, as amended by Pub. L. 100-138, Oct. 23,
1987, 101 Stat. 820, established the White House Conference for a
Drug Free America, provided for its purpose, responsibilities,
participants, authorization of appropriations, and required a final
report to be submitted not later than July 31, 1988, with the
President to report annually to Congress for three years thereafter
on the status and implementation of the findings and
recommendations of the Conference.
