Search 20 U.S.C. § 101 : US Code - Section 101: Annual appropriations

For the purpose of enabling the American Printing House for the
Blind more adequately to provide books and apparatus for the
education of the blind, there is hereby authorized to be
appropriated annually to it, such sum as the Congress may
determine; which sum shall be expended in accordance with the
requirements of sections 101, 102, and 104 of this title, under
rules and regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Education, to
promote the education of the blind.
