For any fiscal year for which Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships,
Incorporated, receive funds pursuant to section 5203(a) of this
title, Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships, Incorporated, shall prepare
and transmit to the President and the Congress a report of its
activities for such fiscal year.
