For the purposes of this subchapter -
(1) The term "tribe" means the Menominee Indian Tribe of
Wisconsin.
(2) The term "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Interior.
(3) The term "Menominee Restoration Committee" means that
committee of nine Menominee Indians who shall be elected pursuant
to subsections (a) and (b) of section 903b of this title.
