Nothing in this chapter shall be construed so as to interfere
with the ability of the Secretary or the lead agency to fulfill the
responsibilities for the safeguarding of Federal funds pursuant to
the Single Audit Act of 1984 [31 U.S.C. 7501 et seq.].
