There are authorized to be appropriated for purposes of carrying
out sections 857-13 to 857-18 of this title not to exceed $520,000
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978, $572,000 for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 1979, $565,000 for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 1980, $600,000 for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 1981, and $555,000 for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 1982. Such sums as may be appropriated under this
section shall remain available until expended.
