Section 1105, Pub. L. 89-454, title I, Sec. 6, June 17, 1966, 80
Stat. 207, provided for the National Council on Marine Resources
and Engineering Development to coordinate a program of
international cooperation with respect to work done pursuant to
this chapter. For expiration of the Council, see Codification note
set out under section 1102 of this title.
