SHORT TITLE
Pub. L. 88-379, Sec. 1(a), July 17, 1964, 78 Stat. 329, provided

cited as the "Water Resources Research Act of 1964", prior to
repeal by Pub. L. 95-467, title IV, Sec. 410(a), Oct. 17, 1978, 92
Stat. 1316.
