EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL
Section 208(b) of Pub. L. 95-626 provided that the repeal of this
section is effective Oct. 1, 1979.
SHORT TITLE
Section 1 of Pub. L. 91-695 provided: "That this Act [enacting
this chapter] may be cited as the 'Lead-Based Paint Poisoning
Prevention Act'."
