Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Chairman (or the
head of any agency which assumes the functions of the Project
pursuant to section 5565 of this title) shall keep the appropriate
committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate fully and
currently informed with respect to all activities under this
subchapter.
