Notwithstanding section 3302(b) of title 31, sums received by the
Bureau of Land Management for the sale of seeds or seedlings, may
on and after December 8, 2004, be credited to the appropriation
from which funds were expended to acquire or grow the seeds or
seedlings and are available without fiscal year limitation.
