There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of the
Interior to carry out his responsibilities under this chapter not
to exceed $500,000 for the fiscal year ending on September 30,
1978, and not to exceed $1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending on
September 30, 1979.
