CODIFICATION Section, acts June 5, 1920, ch. 265, 41 Stat. 1059; Aug. 3, 1955, ch. 496, Sec. 3, 69 Stat. 444, which modified restrictions upon location of homestead sites, was omitted in view of admission of Alaska into the Union.
