transferred to section 255 of former Title 40, Public Buildings,
Property, and Works, and was repealed and reenacted as sections
3111 and 3112 of Title 40, Public Buildings, Property, and Works,
by Pub. L. 107-217, Secs. 1, 6(b), Aug. 21, 2002, 116 Stat. 1062,
1304, as amended by Pub. L. 108-178, Sec. 2(a)(8), Dec. 15, 2003,
117 Stat. 2638, 2640.
