SHORT TITLE                            
Section 1701 of title XVII of Pub. L. 97-98 provided that: "This
title [enacting this chapter] may be cited as the 'Floral Research
and Consumer Information Act'."
EFFECTIVE DATE                          
Section 1801 of Pub. L. 97-98 provided that: "Except as otherwise
provided herein, the provisions of this Act [see Tables for
classification] shall become effective on enactment [Dec. 22,
1981]."
