AMENDMENTS                            
1997 - Subsec. (a)(1). Pub. L. 105-33, Sec. 5572(a)(1), inserted
at end "Not later than 90 days after August 5, 1997, the Attorney
General of the United States, after consultation with the Secretary
of Health and Human Services, shall issue interim verification
guidance."
